June 28 and 29 fishing report

The weather has been super hot without much wind. Water temperatures have reached as high as 91.5 and this has slowed sound fishing. Around the inlet bluefish have been popping up and down. Throw back to years ago –shark chumming has been very good. Lots of scalloped hammerheads and Atlantic Sharpnose sharks around. Big fun on light tackle. we have slots available in the upcoming week.

Speckled Trout season opening on July 1st. This spring was a rare closure due to a state wide cold stun even last winter.
