Brian Horsley and I rarely get to fish together during the summer season, but we have a really special opportunity to work with a gentleman who is hoping to catch an IGFA world record cobia on fly. Mike Stough needs a fish that is almost 100 lbs! We are being realistic, while having a blast sharpening our spotting, teasing and netting skills.
