Flat Out is at Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and running trips this summer.
So far the puppy drum fishing has been good to excellent. The light tackle anglers have had the best success. Sounds like there are some good specks around but Flat Out has been pursuing the puppy drum (reds). If you are interested he has just a few days open in June. Early July is filling in
