Weekend report
Cobia were seen south of Oregon Inlet and around Oregon Inlet on Saturday. Fly Girl took me fishing on Sunday. Strong southwest winds cause a water inversion and water temps fell into the upper 50’s. Talked to a couple of adventuresome anglers who steamed south to Avon –besides finding rough cold water not much to report. We left OI and came in there was a fleet of boats fishing the dirty inlet water –which is sound water and much warmer. At the time we left there were no sightings.
