Finally some good bait ball action this morning. It only lasted until the tide quit-but it was good enough. Plenty of albies and Spanish were munching on bay anchovies. We left before all the action totally died and went on another mission. We took advantage of calm conditions to look for a lottery ticket. Flat Out’s crew had to kiss a bunch of frogs (sharks) before they got lucky. They hooked and landed a double of old drum. That was it for the drum action. In for a penny in for a pound and the next 4 hrs they found nothing.
Lots of sippers out in the deep–they were their normal anti social selves.
Strong north wind should fire up the albies tomorrow.
