The first week of June arrived and it brought a ton of wind. And with the wind our fishing fell off from the excellent end of May. The trout scattered and were hard to find even with spinning tackle. There a few puppy drum starting to show–not easy on fly but an occasional release. The light tackle guys have had better luck with the pups.
Sunday the 7th brought a wind shift and good fishing. Flat Out had a great time with his crew today. Nice specks on fly as as a bonus Spanish mackerel . Light tackle produced as well.
